Football VS Volleyball

On November 5, both football and volleyball held their last practice. Each had their own little team dinner for that night. While both teams were setting up their dinners, the football players challenged the volleyball girls to a little scrimmage of volleyball.
The girls took their home side, while the football players took the other side. Since the football team isn’t up to speed with the varsity girl’s talent for volleyball, Mariah Vierick coached the boys.
The game proved to be entertaining for the audience. The football players, with their lack of volleyball skills, tried their hardest to pass, set, spike. Most of their ball-handling skills were a little sloppy, but the boys proved that somewhere deep down they have what it takes to play the game of volleyball.
Even though the football team tried their hardest, the volleyball girls still seemed to win. It is safe to say, that everyone who participated or watched, had a fantastic time. The players had fun, the audience laughed, and everyone let off the sadness of their last practice.
Congratulations to all the fall sports. Each and every one of them had a great year. To the seniors, you shall be missed.
